The 40' Canopy Round Training Pen is a luxury training tool in the hot summer or rainy weather. It is easy to assemble and has no center pole.
Canopy Round Training Pen
Round Pens with Sheeted-Tapered Panels
These panels are 8' long x 6' tall with 5' sheet metal. The panels are constructed from 1-1/2" sq. and round tubing. Sheet metal tubing are are 14-gauge with 11-gauge bottom rail. Panels weigh 173 pounds.
Each post is pre-drilled - ready to insert top rail.
Each round pen comes with an 8 foot gate. An overhead gate is optional.
60' Round Pen with gate overhead option
Gate Posts: 2-3/8" OD heavy gauge tubing by 8 feet in length.
Line Posts: 2-3/8" OD medium gauge tubing by 8 feet in length.
Top Rails: 1-3/8" OD medium gauge tubing by 8 feet in length.
Cable: 1/2" OD UV resistant plastic coated with high tensile core.
Ranchers' round pens for horses are shipped with a primer coat of paint only.
The new improved pens are so easy to install!
No welding, drilling or special tools required!
All kits are shipped complete with everything you need to assemble and the pipe is primed and ready to paint.
The steel posts are all 2 3/8" o.d. X 8' tall. Creating 6' tall Round Pen or Arena when assembled.
The steel top rails are also eight foot long and easily inserted into the pre-drilled posts.
Easy installation instructions:
1. Mark radius of Round pen with a string line.
2. Set the two gate posts. (Slide gate overhead on top of posts if using this option)
3. Lay a top rail on the ground to use as measurement for eight foot spacing between the posts.
4. Continue setting the posts on eight foot centers and slide the top rails in to place as you set each post.
Use the pins provided in each end of the top rail to hold it in place until you are ready to tighten your cable.
5. Thread cable runs through the pre-welded clips on each post all the way around your pen. Cut off about 4 inches of poly covering from the wire, insert the tensile wire into the ratchet and tighten to gate posts.
